Edible Landscape Plants

Edible Landscape plants are plants that are purchased for aesthetic or utilitarian purposes in our cultivated landscapes. Many of these are overlooked as edible plants unless they are marked as such when purchased. Foraging for edible landscape plants can offer just as much value as wild plants, and are often easier to identify because they are commonly tagged with identification information at the time of purchase.
